| openly tell clients that the only difference between us and "them" is that we charge more |
| do say: "you are right, we are billing to much for it!" |
| do say: "you should see the hotel where I'm staying!" |
| do say: "actually, all my recommendations are based on that Harvard business case I read in my 1st MBA year" |
| do say: "oops, I guess I was still in kindergarten when you ran this department" |
